Prerequisites: ACCT 3122 (with a grade of C or better) and consent of department. A study of the concepts and standards of internal auditing with application to problem areas. Assigned project(s) will involve the use of critical analysis of internal auditing situations. Students should apply a semester in advance for consent of the department. Students cannot receive credit for both ACCT 4167 and ACCT 6167.
