BIOS 4453 - Human Genomics

In the current era of high-throughput genomics, there is increased demand for scientists capable of interpreting genomic data. This course will provide an overview of the human genome and the available tools for genome analysis. Both the basic science of genomics, and its application to fields such as genetic counseling and precision oncology, will be addressed.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: Completion of BIOS 2014 and BIOS 2114 with C or above.
