An introduction to biochemical and molecular biological laboratory techniques including enzymology, electrophoresis, column chromatography, tissue fractionation, restriction mapping, and DNA sequencing. Two hours of lecture and four hours of laboratory.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: Successful completion of BIOS 4103/CHEM4510 (Biochemistry) or BIOS 3453 (Genetics)
