Emphasis on financial decision-making that requires integrating the core finance areas of corporate finance, investments, portfolio management, and financial institutions. This course is not open to graduate students.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Must be at least a senior and have credit for FIN 3302 and either FIN 3303 or FIN 3321
