Prerequisite: POLI 2200 or consent of department. An overview of the US Constitution’s protections of individual rights and liberties; covers historical and contemporary case law as developed through US Supreme Court decisions as well as applied case studies of struggles for constitutional rights, liberties, and protections. Counts toward the Pre-Law Concentration.
