Prerequisites: C or better in a minimum of three credits in Biological Sciences and CHEM 1012 or CHEM 1017. This course is primarily designed for nursing and allied health students. A detailed study of nutrition with emphasis on metabolic pathways and relationships between nutritional intake and normal and pathological changes in the human organism.
