Education has two academic departments: the Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Special Education and, the Department of Educational Leadership, Counseling, and Foundations. All departments offer a variety of graduate degree programs and undergraduate degrees. Core coursework (noted as EDUC) is offered to support the teacher education program. In addition to the departments, there are several research, innovation, and service units in the Education Departments. The college also offers a non-teaching degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion. This undergraduate degree offers concentrations in Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion. Refer to college website for program of study information. (www.uno.edu/colaehd).
