Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration Minor

Students must complete 18 credit hours in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration with a letter grade of C or better in all courses as follows:

Minor Requirements

HRT 2000 - Intro to HRT Administration - Credits: 3

And choose six credit hours from

HRT 2020 - Hotel Operations - Credits: 3
HRT 2030 - Prin of Food Production - Credits: 3
HRT 2050 - Principles of Travel/Tourism - Credits: 3
HRT 2070 - Introduction to Conventions - Credits: 3

Note:

In addition, students must have nine credit hours at the 3000 or 4000 level.
